TASTING NOTES:
THIS VERY LIMITED BOTTLING HAILS FROM THE PRESTIGIOUS OAKVILLE DISTRICT IN THE HEART OF THE NAPA VALLEY. THE 30 YEAR OLD ORGANICALLY FARMED VINES CRAFT WINE THAT IS AROMATIC AND EXPRESSIVE. WHILE RICH, DARK AND POWERFUL, IT SITS SURPRISINGLY LIGHT ON THE PALATE, WITH NOTES OF RED FRUITS, POMEGRANATE, CRANBERRY AND RED CHERRY ALL INTERMINGLED WITH A COMPLEX SPICE AND MINERAL CHARACTER. THE WINE IS GRACEFUL, SILKY AND BALANCED, A FEAT THAT IT SHARES WITH ONLY A FEW GREAT NAPA CABERNETS. IT BOASTS ITS PEDIGREE WITH ITS LONG, STEADY FINISH. STRUCTURED AND FIRM, THIS WINE OF PRECISION PROMISES TO IMPROVE GREATLY WITH CELLARING.
