TASTING NOTES:
THE 2018 VINTAGE COUNTERFEIT CABERNET SAUVIGNON BEGINS WITH AROMAS OF
BEAUTIFULLY INTEGRATED RIPE PLUM, VANILLA AND SWEET OAK. THE SMOOTH PALATE IS
SLEEK AND UNDERSTATED, ELEGANT AND SLOW TO UNFOLD. WHAT FOLLOWS ARE LAYERS OF
BOYSENBERRY JAM, DARK CHOCOLATE, CASSIS AND DRIED HERBS. THE LONG FINISH OF
CARAMEL AND BUTTERY TANNINS MAKE THIS WINE AS WELL-BALANCED AS IT IS COMPLEX.
