By placing an order, you authorize BANKNOTE WINE COMPANY to charge your credit card for the cost of the wine plus tax (if applicable) and shipping. Sales outside of California will be processed and shipped by Back Room Wines.

SHIPPING POLICY:
Orders are shipped via UPS or FED EX Ground (unless you choose to upgrade) and generally will ship within 3-4 business days, weather permitting. We want to make certain your wine is shipped in the best condition possible. Shipments to a business address is preferred; $4 additional charge to ship to a residence.

OUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY:
Refunds (less original shipping costs) will be granted on returned wine within 30 days of shipment as long as it is returned prior to having the cork pulled and is in good condition. The purchaser will be responsible for return freight costs, unless an incorrect order was shipped to the purchaser or there is a problem with the wine. In those situations, BANKNOTE WINE COMPANY will pay all shipping costs. Banknote Wine Company will replace any products damaged during shipping. Broken or damaged items will need to be returned to BANKNOTE WINE COMPANY and all shipping costs will be covered by BANKNOTE WINE COMPANY.

You must be 21 years or older to purchase and receive shipment of wines. We only are allowed to ship to states that have a reciprocal shipping agreement with California. (We will alert you if your state does not accept shipments from California.)
